Nexus Interiors Australia is proud to have partnered with Maddocks on the delivery of its new Sydney workplace within the iconic 33 Alfred Street tower, Sydney’s first high rise building. Spanning approximately 6,000 square metres across four levels, the project reflects Maddocks’ continued investment in creating a modern, collaborative and future focused workplace for its people and clients. The relocation represents a significant milestone for the firm and reinforces its position as one of Australia’s leading independent law firms. Having worked alongside Maddocks on several major projects over the years, Nexus Interiors Australia was engaged to deliver a comprehensive furniture and workplace solutions package tailored to the needs of the evolving legal workplace.
The scope included the supply and installation of workstations, desk partitions, task seating, office visitor chairs, mobile pedestals with toppers, breakout chairs, tables, storage solutions, E5 monitor arms, client-facing meeting room tables and chairs and metal disc table bases. Every element was selected to support flexibility, functionality and day to day performance across the office. Working closely with the Maddocks team, Nexus Interiors Australia helped bring the workplace vision to life through a seamless delivery process and a strong understanding of the firm’s operational requirements and workplace culture. Maddocks COO, Catherine Saliba described the move as representing far more than a change of address, highlighting the firm’s commitment to a modern and sustainable workplace designed to support collaboration, wellbeing and future growth. For Nexus Interiors Australia, the project is another example of the strength of its longstanding relationship with Maddocks and its ability to deliver high quality workplace solutions across large scale commercial environments.
